Taken down after we read it.
A skill being removed does not remove it from anyone who already installed it. What it told an agent to do is still true of every copy running today, which is why the record stays here after the page at the source stops answering.
How we know
The source answers a withdrawn address with HTTP 200 and a page that renders "not found" in the browser, so nothing about the response says the link is dead. The page does say it in its own metadata, and that is what we read: the first 8 KB, on a slow rotation, about one pass a month across 66,000 skills. The full method is here.
